Architect / Civil Engineer as Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the coordination of new, re- and extension measures for UKSH, research and teaching and its subsidiaries as project management Priority counselling and support of the clinics and institutes during the planning process and the construction process in ongoing hospital operation as well as the teaching and research operation Projecting investive construction measures and monitoring of costs and time frames, as well as the control of the services of external specialist planners and the initial installation within the framework of construction measures Creating pre-concepts and feasibility studies as well as support for larger construction maintenance and rehabilitation measures Various client tasks taking into account the overarching corporate interests including the handover of completed projects

A completed scientific university degree (Master) of engineering and architecture with the focus on building and practical know-how in the care of comparable large properties and construction measures Including experience in facility management, construction and project management, or project management, preferably in health care / in health care Funded knowledge of VOB and HOAI and a safe handling of MS Office A high degree of independence, interdisciplinary thinking, a safe occurrence and enforcement ability
