At elexon you build the bridge between construction, project management and our manufacturing partners to lift the charging infrastructure in Europe to the next level. Construction & Project Management: You take the main responsibility for all design solutions as well as their selection and planning in your projects. You create self-precise construction drawings in 2D and 3D. Project Management Metallbau: You actively control the metal constructions as a subproject manager within our highly complex DC charging infrastructure projects. Test & Release: You are the final quality gate and make sure that only fault-free and complete plans come into production. You test construction and production drawings (e.g. cable leads, overhead constructions, equipment systems, steel constructions, support arm solutions) and release them for production or assembly. Quality & Standards Comparison: With your trained eye, you control measurements, tolerances, fittings, material specifications (e.g. stainless steel, galvanized) as well as surface and corrosion protection (e.g. fire galvanizing, coating) and balance them with customer requirements, performance directories and standards (e.g. DIN 7200:2004, EN, Eurocode). Interface clarification: You act as a central interface between statics, project management, construction management and our internal product development and project engineering. You recognize structural errors or uncertainties in the plan before You become expensive in reality, and explain open questions directly at eye level. Quality assurance & documentation: Through your meticulous work, you actively avoid manufacturing errors, rework and additional costs and document all checks and releases without any gap.

Training & expertise: Successfully completed training for the technical designer / technical system planner (industry of steel and metal engineering), designer or metal manufacturer (industrial engineering) with well-founded expertise in metal and steel construction. Plan understanding: An absolutely safe, deep understanding of technical drawings and a safe handling of the 7200 series of standards. Process knowledge: You know how welding constructions and manufacturing processes work in practice and what is important for corrosion protection in the outdoor area. Working: You love precision. An extremely careful, focused and structured way of working – you do not lose sight of complex plans and guarantee compliance with all quality requirements and safety regulations. Communication: You have a strong communication capability for professional and solution-oriented exchange with internal and external teams.
