Tasks and Activities

As a specialist assistant (w/m/d) in customer service, you are the first contact person for our customers on site in the entrance zones. They provide information and thus make the course for the entire further support by the BA.

• Pleasantly received and competently advised: you welcome our customers personally, give first orientation and show next steps.
• accept and examine applications: they receive notifications and applications in cases of unemployment, training and job search or provide the relevant documents (e.g. application documents).
• Support and support: They answer questions about the BA's services, process customers' concerns or support data entry and ensure smooth further processing.

Requirements

• Built: They have completed vocational training – ideally with contact with customers, in the commercial sector or in the administration.
• Alternatively: You are also welcome to us with an average degree of education and at least two years of professional experience with comparable tasks.
• Empathically and facing: you have a fingertip feeling in dealing with customers and also, if the co-existence becomes challenging, you encounter all people sensitively and benevolent.
• Engaged by conviction: They are positive to all people, stand for equal opportunities and diversity and have a high acceptance of the social security system in Germany.
• Digitally routined: Working with proven IT tools and unlocking new ones is of course your everyday life.
