You are responsible for the development and control of integrated station plans and a holistic portfolio of measures for the future railway stations The planning and continuous development of a customer-oriented target image for each station is ensured by you You are taxing production costs and performance in ongoing operation taking into account budget requirements and efficiency potentials The cross-disciplinary coordination and optimization of the synergies action portfolio is your responsibility You ensure the implementation of the production concepts and the maintenance of the measures in the railway plan tool The regular adjustment of planned and actual cost and performance developments as well as the derivation of control measures are carried out by you You coordinate the creation and implementation of the railway plans with the involvement of all relevant departments and take into account regional specificities Priority of investment and maintenance measures as well as ensuring smooth and safe operation are controlled by you

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed subject / university degree with technical or economic orientation or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in controlling production, operating or infrastructure processes You have well-founded knowledge in cost and performance management as well as in the planning and control of complex action portfolios A strong understanding of operational processes, economic relationships and customer-oriented solutions distinguishes you You convince by analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a high degree of sense of responsibility Communication strength, enforcing ability and experience in professional and disciplinary leadership You work independently, target-oriented and keep an overview of complex requirements Team skills as well as the ability to coordinate across areas and develop employees, complete your profile
