In the spring of 2026, the Malteser in Lutherstadt Wittenberg opened a new service housing, which is an important enrichment for the region. To support the implementation and further development of this project, we are looking for dedicated and reliable employees (m/w/d) in the area of Minijob-based service at the 1st February 2026 in order to actively support the team and to shape the offer sustainably. The focus of our services is on man, taking into account his physical, mental and psychological needs. Especially the service housing has established itself as an important residential form for older people who want to maintain their self-employment and at the same time receive support. The place is first terminated until 01.02.2027.

Your tasks:

• Care in a facility for service housing
• Ensuring the smooth running of the care and care of the inhabitants
• Menu service (Preparing, distributing, preparing) 365 days a year
• Preparation and implementation of afternoon events
