Examination of annual accounts for church foundations / daycare facilities with complex facts Advice on accounting staff and administrative management as well as church caregivers:in case of tax and accounting questions, as well as questions on the annual accounts Organisation and implementation (including teaching) of training Participation in the development of new compliance rules Participation in the development of the accounting system Implementation responsibility for subprojects and project tasks Preparation of analyses, evaluations and statistics Maintenance of the accounting system MACH, e.g. setting up new clients, accounts and tax keys, management of the Elster certificates First level support for user questions.

completed economic higher education with a focus on accounting (bachelor or comparable degree) or completed commercial training with continuing training to/from the tax specialist:in, economic specialist:in or account holder:in (IHK) relevant professional experience in accounting and turnover tax law Experiences with accounting systems and in the organisation and implementation of training very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Experience in project and process management as well as in accounting in public law entities desirable Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church.
