(Senior) Project Manager for Residential Building Renovation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the renovations of our residential buildings in the hall & Leipzig or Berlin area You coordinate contractors, planners and exporting companies with a view to the optimal implementation of construction and rebuilding measures You accompany your projects from the design phase to the award of planning and construction services, take over their control and monitoring until the completion of the project with the associated acceptance and proper accounting You are responsible for the determination of defects and their elimination, while respecting the warranty claims You advise our property and asset management on solutions for modernization and maintenance You create budgets, compare offers and costs You document the course of the project in the IT systems provided for it

You have completed your studies in civil engineering or are masters / technicians in the construction work You have relevant professional experience in the project management of renovation projects of large buildings You are well organized, can structure themselves and are responsible You are communicative and reliable in handling our customers and companies You have good German knowledge in word and writing and good MS Office skills English knowledge is advantageous You bring a high level of sense of responsibility, team spirit and commitment You have a class B driving licence
