Technical and disciplinary management of the plant engineering department Planning, control and monitoring of assembly processes taking into account quality, costs and dates Ensuring a smooth production process and continuous optimization of the assembly processes Leadership, motivation and further development of the team Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental legislation Responsibility for implementing optimization projects in assembly Analysis and troubleshooting in the assembly process

Successfully completed technical training, ideally with further training to the technician/master, or a study in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in the assembly of machine tools, preferably in a guide position Funded technical understanding and experience in optimizing assembly processes Embossed leadership qualities, communication strength and team skills Knowledge of Lean Management and Process Optimization
