You are the strategic head behind our CNC processes. Your responsibility includes: Virtual Engineering: You create, optimierst and validate highly complex CNC programs for milling and turning using HyperMill.
Strategy design: You analyze technical drawings as well as CAD models and derive highly efficient machining strategies for high-tech materials such as titanium, inconel and aluminum.
Tooling & Setup: You define the optimal tools, cutting data and clamping concepts to guarantee maximum precision in demanding geometries.
Performance tuning: Existing strategies continue to be developed to increase quality, throughput times and tool life to the next level.
Mission Launch: You actively support production when you start new programs directly on the machine and are ready for trouble analysis as an expert.
Data Integrity: The maintenance of all production documents and the smooth transfer of the programs to the production team are in your hands.
Your foundation: A completed technical training (e.g. machining mechanic, industrial mechanic) – ideally complemented by a further education as a master or technician.
CAM-Expertise: Multiannual experience in the programming of complex components, ideally you bring well-founded HyperMill knowledge.
Material know-how: You are safe in handling heavy-duty materials and have a deep understanding of the narrow tolerances of aerospace.
