Consulting and support our executives as a strategic partner (m/w/d) at eye level in all questions of leadership, personnel and organizational development You actively support the implementation and further development of modern HR processes, introduce new impulses and ensure the sustainable development of employees and teams As a Coach and Sparringspartner (m/w/d) moderate between executives and employees, give valuable feedback and promote open, constructive cooperation You take responsibility for the entire recruiting process and, together with the departments, shape the selection and development of new talents You are a competent contact person (m/w/d) for employment issues, accompany disciplinary topics and work with the works council in a trusted manner

Graduate degree with a focus on human resources, business psychology, economic law or a comparable qualification and professional experience in the HR field, ideally as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or in a generalist HR role Knowledge of labour and collective bargaining and experience in cooperation with the works council Embossed communication and consulting skills as well as safe, sovereign occurrence at all hierarchy levels High level of initiative, organisational skills and joy at work in the team Enthusiasm for innovative HR topics and the willingness to actively shape changes
