Our offer offers assistance to integration aid for 28 people with two main focuses on housing with assistance and living in the special housing. You control, organize and secure the staff-centred, social-spatial assistance services together with your team. They continue to develop the range of services within the meaning of the strategic corporate objectives. You have budgetary responsibility and achieve the economic objectives of your area of responsibility You currently have 20 employees with a lot of expertise and empathy. You can inspire our work. They implement legal requirements, defined quality standards and procedures. They promote the implementation of the supported communication in the person-centred assistance. They become part of our management team in Altona and work together with colleagues on the further development of regional offers. They work with internal and external cooperation partners.
