Gut Stegen offers educational and employment opportunities at two locations for currently 20 employees with a wide range of support needs. Assistance in employment is provided after individual planning. The work-oriented employment offers take place in close cooperation with the WfbM areas fermentation, agriculture and kitchen. The focus of assistance work is on the promotion of day nursery. Uses in the daily promotion kitchen as well as care of the animals (sheep, goats and donkeys), sometimes on weekends, are of course.

Overview of tasks
