Support us as Projektmanager (m/w/d) We are looking for an asset manager (m/w/d) for the operation of port logistics in the Technical Excellence & Innovation Unit in full time. This activity is carried out at the Uerdingen site.

Your main tasks: Monitoring, planning, coordination and execution of maintenance, testing, repairs and repairs at the associated assets.

Processing of technical reports and disturbances, in particular to installations and facilities of technical building equipment such as climate, sanitary, electrical, gate, door and comparable infrastructure systems.

Priority and processing of interference messages in coordination with operation, order coordination and relevant specialist functions.

On-site construction site support including coordination, assignment and monitoring of partner companies.

Support in the selection of suitable execution paths, e.g. self-service, internal workshops or external specialist firms.

Participation in ensuring the proper availability, security and technical integrity of the assets supervised.

Tracking of measures from test, maintenance and maintenance reports and documentation of the processing status.

Feedback of completed work to the participating companies and interface partners.

Compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, sustainability, economic viability and applicable internal requirements in all activities.

Complete craft or technical vocational training, e.g. as a locksmith, electrician, mechatronic or in a comparable technical profession

Experience in technical building equipment (TGA) is desirable.

Technical understanding of maintenance, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting at operational facilities and infrastructure facilities.
