As a central interface between technology, organization and service, you control the smooth processes of our technical house management with your team. You ensure that our working environment remains safe, modern and efficient – and actively develops the area. Your future tasks: You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team and ensure motivating, value-adding cooperation. With a long view, you are responsible for the operational planning, coordinate service and holiday times and ensure a structured run in the daily business. You are responsible for the overall administrative responsibility for the technical house management and promotional services – including furniture, guarding, cleaning, fire and burglary protection, indoor greening and other services. Through targeted measures, you ensure the quality and standards in the field of technical house management. You create space and office usage concepts and control internal moves efficiently and with a view to detail. You coordinate and monitor maintenance, testing and maintenance work as well as the reliable operation of our technical installations. In close cooperation with the department management, you take on organizational and strategic tasks and represent the commercial team management as needed. You actively shape and develop the topics of building security and work protection. You get offers, check them carefully and take over the purchase of office furniture and consumer goods. You are also responsible for budget planning and precise and timely accounting.

You have completed technical training in the field of home technology or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the technical support of buildings – preferably with first leadership experience – will help you. You are characterized by high self-initiative, reliability and loadability and keep an overview even in intensive phases. Your work is structured, responsible and solution-oriented. With your communication strength, your service and service understanding as well as your sovereign appearance, you win people and motivate your team. You are safe in handling MS Office; CAD knowledge is a plus. A class B driving license completes your profile.
