For a newly created position, we are looking for you as an experienced recruiter (m/w/d), who is responsible for the entire recruitment process, including the construction of Active Sourcing. In this exciting talent development work you act independently, self-determined and are directly connected to the management.

Location: Bad Hersfeld-Eisenach-Melsungen

They maintain holistically and develop the structures of operational candidate management. They formulate, design and publish targeted job advertisements in appropriate media. They coordinate and conduct personal and virtual candidate interviews. They optimize existing and build new structures and methods in recruiting. They actively seek potential candidates and speak directly about target group-specific platforms. They use social media specifically and effectively in the recruiting process.

You have completed a successfully completed study or a relevant training with appropriate further training. They bring several years of professional experience in recruiting. They have experience in building active sourcing and in-depth knowledge in handling modern recruiting software. They convince with a positive, communicative personality and a pronounced hands-on mentality. They work independently, structured and always targeted.
