RHEIKA-DELTA Warenhandelsgesellschaft mbH is a subsidiary of EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Hessenring mbH, based in Melsungen. We operate the Herkules shopping center in our core area of Hesse, Thuringia and South Lower Saxony, as well as the Herkules building and garden markets.

For the Rheika Delta Warenhandelsgesellschaft mbH at the Vellmar site we are looking for a master/house technician (m/w/d). Our shopping center in the north of Kassel offers over 15,000m2 of sales space and over 40 specialist shops, many visitors. For the different building parts at the site we are looking for a technically experienced and technically interested employee.

Maintenance: You are involved in maintenance and take over small repairs or commission and control external companies in the indoor and outdoor areas of our shopping center Technology: They are introduced into the control and functionality of the building-technic systems and monitor them during operation and act with alarm and call readiness Maintenance: They ensure compliance with regular maintenance intervals by specialist companies and accompany them Daily business: You work closely coordinated with the local center management and the central building in Melsungen and ensure cleanliness and order around the shopping center

Vocational training: You ideally have completed vocational training in facility management or crafts Professional experience: Alternatively, you have already been able to gain experience in this field of work and bring basic technical knowledge (e.g. sanitary facilities) with Commitment: In addition to a strong organizational design, you are characterized by reliability and flexibility.
