Recruiting Lifecycle: You accompany and support the entire application process – from initial contact to onboarding new team members Applicant Management: You coordinate appointments, take communication with applicants:inside and for a positive Candidate Experience Contract management: You support the creation and management of contracts and administrative HR processes Employer Branding: Together with the team, you develop and implement strategies to position our company as an attractive employer Personal Marketing & Events: You help with the planning and implementation of career fairs and other recruiting events HR digitization: You have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects for the digital transformation of our HR processes

Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie or a comparable degree course, ideally with a focus on personnel Creative ideas and solution-oriented thinking Good analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working High readiness and joy of communication A sympathetic personality with a quick understanding and thrilling team spirit
