In about 325 industrial reorganization procedures, we take over the tendering, awarding, building supervision and billing of construction measures. Every year, our construction managers provide over 80 construction sites with around €17 million. In the districts of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald and Emmendingen we are looking for one/one for the management of our construction sites in rural development

Your office will be our office in Freiburg i. Br., Berliner Allee 3a. The place should be occupied as soon as possible. In principle, this is an indefinite full-time job, wishes for parttime work can be taken into account.

Consultation of the lower industrial reorganization authorities and participating communities on technical issues

Participation in the planning, as well as the tendering, construction management and settlement of construction measures, in particular in rural and water construction and in the production of landscape-care measures

Extension of municipal roads and cycle paths Implementation of internal measures (decoration)

You have studied civil engineering at a college or acquired the degree as a state-approved construction technician at a specialized school

You ideally have experiences in rural and water-based construction You are familiar with public procurement and procurement You have an understanding of agriculture and rural development

You can take responsibility in a project team, work independently and meet challenges with expertise and negotiation skills
