You actively shape the strategic orientation and the continuous development of our HR system landscape (Sage HR Suite)
You drive forward the digitization of our HR processes and implement optimizations independently and in practice
You develop our digital HR processes and ensure smooth integration of adjacent systems such as time management and applicant management You act as a reliable interface between HR, IT and external software service providers and coordinate cooperation
You are responsible for application support - from error analysis and authorization concepts to test management to update and licensing strategies
