For our location in Dortmund (port) we are looking for you as Trainee Sales (Media) (m/w/d).

You're going through a 12–18-month trainee program at the Media House and completing a certified course in Media & Sales. You work closely with our sales professionals and get comprehensive insights into the distribution of our diverse print and online offers. During your deployments, you will get to know our house including the associated brands and become actively part of our sales team. With your feeling for your needs, you will inspire our customers for our products and create real wow moments. In addition, you take over your own projects and contribute to the further development of our sales strategies.

You have completed training with the focus on business, media or communication, or a successful degree in a comparable course of study. You will show a high degree of flexibility and self-initiative to work quickly into new topics and to prioritize them independently. You're strong in communication and convince with negotiation skills. You go up in sales and love the direct wire to customers. You use your strengths both independently and profitably in the team.
