You become part of an even new, 5-member team. You have a core working time of 9:30-15:00 from Monday to Friday and you benefit from the variable commission model.

Your new role

You make sure that our customers stay with us even after the end of the contract – through targeted communication, individual advice on follow-up offers and by implementing our strategic customer retention measures You are the interface to our dealers and customers, controlling the communication via different channels, primarily by phone, and proves negotiation skills You use customer and vehicle data to offer our existing customers suitable solutions and to further develop our Lease End measures You contribute to further improving the customer journey by optimising and innovative processes You also go to our customers in an initiative to place demand-oriented offers in time

Sales orientation: You have first experience in sales, customer service or comparable areas. Deep automotive knowledge is not a must, but first experiences are beneficial Customer sense: You find the right arguments and are stubborn to get to your destination You want to introduce your feedback into an area that is still under construction, where you are open to change and want to become more successful Communication strength: You convince with pronounced communication and negotiation skills, perform confidently and ensure smooth processes Strong rhetoric: You speak fluent German and enthuse our customers with your friendly way and competent advice
