Own the technical delivery and lifecycle management of the OpenText ECM solution in alignment with TÜV SÜD's SAP S/4 Core Transformation and budget Define, structure, and prioritize technical and functional requirements together with business, SAP, IT, and stakeholders Lead solution design topics including document management, metadata, archiving, records management, access concepts, workflows, and SAP integration Coordinate activities with internal and external teams/vendors Ensure operational readiness, incl. support model, documentation, and governance Drive the solution roadmap, backlog, platform and evolution after go-live Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and enterprise content governance Lead and coordinate and external resources from a technical perspective
Strong experience in enterprise implementation or solution ownership Good understanding of ECM, document management, archiving, records management Experience with SAP transformation programs is a strong asset Knowledge of OpenText Extended ECM, SAP Extended ECM by OpenText, or comparable ECM platforms is a strong advantage Experience requirements in engineering, solution design, and vendor coordination Ability to manage complexity business, IT, compliance, and external partners Strong communication, structuring, and decision-making capabilities Ownership mindset with accountability for solution quality, lifecycle value, and operational excellence
