Finance Specialist / Financial Administrator (m/f/d)

Succession & knowledge transfer: Structured acquisition of knowledge and responsibilities as part of the succession of the Senior Financial Administrator – with a clear perspective on the self-responsible role

Financial Accounting: Co-responsibility for correct and timely financial accounting at all three German locations – together with the Finance team

Financial statements: Own-sponsored creation of monthly financial statements and active participation in the financial statements

Interface function: Central contact for tax advisors and external partners

Debitors, Creditors & Banking: Own-responsible management of debitor, creditor and bank accounting including credit card and travel expenses

Analysis & Optimization: Analysis of financial indicators and derivation of concrete optimization measures for the professionalization of the administration

Digitalization: Active participation in the further development and digitization of finance processes

Reporting: Regular reporting to the parent company

Qualifications: Studies in Finance, Accounting or BWL – as an alternative to a commercial training as a tax specialist, with the addition of a further training to the account holder or tax assistant

Professional experience: At least 4 years of independent practical experience in financial accounting – with routine in monthly and annual accounts

ERP competence: Secure handling of ERP systems – e.g. SAP, Business Central or Navision – as well as very good MS Office knowledge

Working: Structured, hands-on and self-responsibility – with real desire to design and pleasure in actively improving things

Language competence: Good English knowledge in word and writing; Dutch knowledge of advantage, but no need
