Team leader of the local club support (m/f/d)

The regional club ADAC Nordrhein e.V. was founded in 1904. In the meantime, more than 500 employees work in our administration areas, our telephone service and in 19 ADAC Centers and 13 travel agencies in North Rhine-Westphalia. We take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.

In this position, you coordinate the cooperation of the ADAC local clubs with the ADAC North Rhine and are responsible for the continuous support of these as well as for the professional and disciplinary staff management/organisation in the team local club support. You work on the Committee on Local Club Affairs, in coordination with the Executive Board, in the preparation of session templates and protocols, and take care of the implementation of the committee decisions taken in the ADAC North Rhine-Westphalia, which deal with issues relating to local club support. As part of your activity, you are responsible for the organisation and implementation of events that fall within the competence of the Committee on Local Club Affairs and also support team-wide in the organisation of internal events. You ensure that the statutory and in-house requirements in the local club support team are complied with and that the necessary processes and related measures are implemented. In addition, in coordination with the management, you are responsible for the preparation of the drafting of the annual budget of the local club support with the associated preparatory activities and the reporting for the budget. You actively work in the entire operational area of the team including the processing of telephone and written requests, regular visits to the local clubs in the regional club area of North Rhine and other related activities. Furthermore, you act as a competent and reliable contact person for internal and external contacts in the area of local club support and junior support. In this function, you will report directly to the club and club services management.

You have completed commercial training in the event and/or event area. Further training in event management is advantageous. You have at least four years of professional experience in the administration area in the purchasing of services and in the event management, ideally in the club. In addition, you have professional experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in team-leading function. Digital affinity and very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 are required. You are characterized by a pronounced communication strength, as well as organisational skills and have an independent, structured and proactive operation. It is important to you that every detail is correct, and you have the willingness to work during your working hours partly on weekends or in the evening hours, as well as a class (B) licence.
