Informaticon specializes in business software for the middle class in German-speaking countries. Thanks to the unique architecture of our business software, individual customizations can be made per customer and innovative processes across the platform can be realized, which can achieve a high customer satisfaction. Informaticon Deutschland GmbH has around 16 employees and is focused on software solutions for the building materials & recycling industry.

As a junior customer manager: you work in a team with about three people. You are responsible for the processing of customer requests, the processing of offers, the license management, the contract creation and the invoice. In addition, you support marketing activities, organize software presentations and help the team with administrative and co-ordinative tasks. With gained experience, you can independently meet customer appointments and show the benefits of our business software on site. You take responsibility from the initial request to the project billing. After the introduction of the projects, you enter the customers and consider a long-term relationship. The interface function between customer and software development gives you pleasure.
