Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the financial and accounting team with six employees at two locations in Germany Responsibility for the creation and monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Defining team priorities and ensuring compliance with deadlines Close cooperation with two financial controllers to manage financial activities in Germany and Austria Ensuring internal controls, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and continuous optimization of processes

Special conditions Completed studies in finance, accounting or comparable discipline At least 10 years of professional experience in financial and accounting in Germany At least 3 years of experience in the management of employees Very good knowledge of HGB Knowledge of tax law and basic knowledge of insurance Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personal skills Outstanding leadership competence Strong communicative skills and experience in cooperation with international teams Willingness to work in the Mannheim office with flexible hybrid working models Very good organizational ability Proactive, solution-oriented operation Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills High loadability and ability to keep dates even under time pressure
