Designs instead of managing: You develop innovative energy supply concepts for new construction and existing structures with a focus on heat generation systems according to HOAI, complemented by PV and hybrid solutions. You make technical decisions and accompany them until implementation. Responsibility: You take full responsibility for the planning, awarding and execution of your projects in the building role. Experience technology diversity: You work with heat pumps, solar thermal, biomass, PV systems and storage systems and bring their own ideas into play. Strategically: You actively shape the transformation of existing heat networks and the expansion of new connections. Promoting innovation: You test new solutions, optimize existing systems and accompany research into cross-sectoral concepts.

Qualification: You have completed their studies with a technical or economic focus, such as regenerative energies, energy and building technology, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, or an additional qualification (technician/master SHK, electrical engineering). Practical experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in the planning or construction of heat generation plants according to HOAI – ideally in direct responsibility for construction execution, coordination with specialist planning and control of executive plants. Competences: You can safely read system schemes of heat pump systems, classify components and assess technical requirements. You are also familiar with relevant regulations (EEG, GEG, VOB, HOAI). Language skills: You master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into meetings, presentations and written correspondence. Personality: You work analytically, independently and structured. With your strong communication and team skills, you contribute to a positive working climate.

Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money. In addition, we offer an occupational pension scheme, a private accident insurance, success-related special premiums and 50% grant to the BVG or Germany ticket. Harmony between profession, family & leisure: Our full-time week is 37 hours in a flexible sliding time model with the possibility of working up to 50% on the mobile. On 30 days holiday and work free on 24.12. + 31.12. you can look forward to three more days of holiday you can get through payment conversion.
