Dough preparation: preparation and processing of dough according to traditional and innovative recipes. Careful processing: Responsibility for the exact mixing and the correct state of the doughs so that they meet the highest quality standards. Quality control: ensuring dough quality, including checking for consistency, freshness and taste. Optimization of recipes: adaptation and further development of recipes for improving product quality. Good presentation and storage: Responsibility for proper storage and processing of finished doughs for later use. Collaboration in the team: Close cooperation with other departments, such as production and oven staff, to ensure optimal production of baked goods.

Job requirements: Qualification: Completed training as a baker (m/w/d) or comparable experience in the bakery trade. Experience: Experience in dough preparation and processing is of advantage. Passion for craftsmanship: enjoying work with high-quality ingredients and making doughs. Reliability and precision: accuracy and care in the preparation and monitoring of doughs. Flexibility: readiness to early or late shifts and occasional weekend work.
