You work in the customer service and are the first contact partnerin for our customers around the advertising circuit after sale. Through independent work, commitment and accuracy, the customer service contributes significantly to the success of our job advertisements. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future – so that it works for everyone. For our customers, you are contact personin around the Stepstone product world You actively seek telephone contact with your customers and identify current needs and problems for which you can develop a solution Job advertisements are critically tested, created and optimized in consultation with the companies, so that the right candidates can access the advertisement and then apply You work closely with our sales team In addition to the care and processing of customer data, other specialist and back office activities are your daily tasks

You have a dispensed, commercial training, e.g. in dialogue marketing and brings first experience in customer support with Your customer orientation and enthusiasm give the customer the perfect service experience Professional communication skills in word and writing You bring very good MS Office knowledge and can work efficiently on your PC You have a high quality claim to your own work
