Retail Management (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for our regions and support sales managers in all technical questions To this end, in close coordination with the overall sales management, you will continuously develop our sales strategy and translate it into effective measures for everyday operational life You optimize processes along the entire sales chain with a view to efficiency, sustainability and customer experience You identify market potentials and develop locations, assortments and sales concepts – always based on well-thought-out sales structures for an accurate implementation in everyday market You work across areas with central departments and regions in projects You promote and develop executives and employees and strengthen a powerful sales organization

You identify with the bio-thanking and sustainable business You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification You have well-founded professional experience in food retailing (full range and/or bio) as well as experience in managing complex sales structures You think strategic, act entrepreneurial and pragmatically implement impulses Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement skills complete your profile You value diversity – in teams, assortments and customer structures
