The activity consists mainly of the processing of creditor accounts from the audit to the confirmation and its collection and the processing of the entire payment transactions. It is also expected to accept the booking of the debitoric transactions in representation cases, as well as to keep and book the account statements. All activities involve accounting and preparation of annual accounts.

Adjustment requirement is a successful conclusion of the Administrative Examination I, a training for administrative staff or equivalent training with the following knowledge: Multiannual, proven work experience in a commercial accounting Comprehensive knowledge of tax law Basic knowledge of national budget law Safe handling of Microsoft Office products SAP knowledge, in particular in the FI module, would be desirable Practical experience in accounting
