Responsibility for the creation of all additional cost statements to our tenants:inside Check additional cost invoices from landlord:innen Answer the processing of contradictions Book the additional cost bills in our rental program com.in Tradenet Help us develop a process for automated cost accounting and implement it

Completed commercial training in real estate or comparable qualification Experience required in the field of secondary cost accounting in the industrial property right Safe handling of the common Office365 applications and SAP Sovereign in dealing with landlords:inside Good analytical skills and a pronounced numerical understanding Commitment, team skills and an independent and result-oriented work organisation
