We are looking for you as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in Heidenheim an der Brenz.

Your daily tasks:

• They are responsible for a support area and advise managers at different hierarchical levels on HR activities
• They effectively use our HR instruments and methods and observe compliance with the applicable guidelines.
• They work closely and trustfully with the interfaces within the HR organization and the works council.
• They support and coach executives in change projects and in the field of organizational development.
• They implement individual personal measures.
• They contribute to HR projects for the continuous optimization and further development of HR structures.

Take this with you:

• They have ideally successfully completed an economic or social studies
• Or you have vocational training with personal training.
• They have first professional experience in the HR field of a group of companies or a matrix organization.
• They bring knowledge of the German labour and business constitutional law and know the collective agreement law of the metal and electrical industry.
• They control MS Office products safely and have experience in the application of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP on-premise or comparable software solutions.
• We presuppose a flowing knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
• A result-oriented way of working, a pronounced willingness to design, conflictability and enthusiasm for HR topics complete your profile.
• Experience with shipments and international working conditions is desirable, but no condition.
