As a lawyer/economic lawyer (w/m/d), you are involved in our central function law, especially in the field of corporate governance. In addition to legal advice, you will support in particular in compliance, risk management and audit topics. Depending on the interest, you take on both independent and working tasks. You advise the decision-makers of YNCORIS in consultation with the specialist departments on all legal issues of public and private economic and contractual law. Analysis of Proactive You are internal processes, assess their effectiveness, questioned processes and identify possible risks. In doing so, you assess the internal control system (IKS), support the development and take over internal and external audit tasks. In addition, you accompany external audits, e.g. by analyzing process sequences, contractual regulations and billing checks. Framework conditions: It is a part-time job with 20 hours per week and a flexible working time scheme. This place is assigned to an open and discussion-loving team with a lot of design space, which estimates discussions and implements decisions pragmatically.

Degree in law, economic law or comparable qualifications General civil law knowledge including contract law and public law Knowledge in the fields of activity Compliance, risk management and revision are advantageous Ready-to-use training financed by the employer German knowledge of C1 level Even if you do not meet all requirements, or are professional beginners, an application is worthwhile: We examine each application for possible alternative positions and support suitable applicants in continuing and continuing training.
