As No. 1 in German high and engineering construction, ZÜBLIN offers a comprehensive range of services and develops tailor-made solutions for construction projects of all kinds and sizes in Germany and abroad. independent supervision of building logistics planning projects, including construction logistics concepts, construction phase plans, logistics manuals, tender documents Calculation of building logistics quantities (e.g. delivery traffic, personnel curves, container requirements, area requirements and device deployment planning) Planning and dimensioning of the construction site installation in all phases of the construction design (e.g. phases reconstruction, construction pit, raw construction and expansion), incl. creation of structural logistics phase plans Creating schedules, schedules, logistics concepts, target-act comparisons, time-controlling and updating schedules Quantity determination for construction logistics and production of performance directories Use of 3D models in conjunction with schedules for building sequence simulations and quantity determination (with the support of the BIM department) Interface coordination and implementation of the necessary coordination with the other project participants and offices in relation to the issues of building logistics or Construction site Monitoring and coordination of external specialist planning in terms of time, technical and contractual terms

Completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU) with the field of construction or a comparable qualification (architecture, infrastructure management, transport engineering, economic engineering) Multiannual professional experience in an engineering office in the field of planning and tendering for construction logistics services as well as in the field of construction management, work preparation or construction project management Knowledge and safe handling of the relevant technical standards and regulations, especially in the design, production and implementation of construction logistics and construction site design concepts Fixed technical understanding of construction processes through multiannual professional experience Good knowledge of scheduling programs (e.g. Power-Project, MS-Project) and AutoCAD Basic knowledge of LEAN management methods and the interest in new technologies (e.g. BIM. 5D) Secure appearance and both the ability and motivation for team-oriented project execution and solution finding with customers and project participants Federal-wide readiness for occasional, short stays (approximately 1-3 days) for the project or Customer support
