Management of our grinding workshop (m/f/d)

Technical, disciplinary and organizational management of the grinding workshop incl. Budget responsibility Assessment of technical feasibility of contracts and projects in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders Analysis of technical requirements and derivation of feasible solutions Pragmatic, solution-oriented mode of operation with willingness to prepare yourself Creating sound feedback and policy templates for the Group based on technical and economic criteria Planning, control and sustainable implementation of change management initiatives (e.g. process changes, organisational adjustments, introduction of new technologies) Ensuring quality, schedule and efficient workflows Guidance, guidance and further development of the workshop team Optimization of processes and working standards Support and implementation of strategic, DACH and group-wide projects Creation of KPIs and Reportings

Complete technical studies or a comparable qualification (e.g. master/technician), alternatively also in the field of optic Multiannual professional experience in a manufacturing, technical environment First leadership experience or desire to take responsibility Extensive understanding of technical relationships and the ability to quickly capture and evaluate complex facts Hands-on mentality with passion Strength of decision and ability to make clear, sound recommendations Very good communication skills as well as safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders Very good English skills in word and writing
