You're in the middle of it.

You make sure that the produced tires are reliably manufactured -- from machine operation to quality control. You work in the team, pack up and keep an overview.

Your tasks

• You produce high-quality rubber mixtures from up to 45 different raw materials, including rubber, carbon black and silica
• You make sure that the mix exactly meets the requirements and the quality is correct
• You produce various components that are later assembled into the tire
• You serve and monitor modern machines and equipment
• You make sure that each component is manufactured precisely and in high quality
