• need-oriented care and education of children with disabilities, behavioural vulnerabilities and/or development delays
• Adapting activities and offers to the needs of the child
• Support in the development of social, emotional, cognitive and motor skills
• Advice and exchange with parents on funding opportunities
• Development and implementation of an Inclusion Concept to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion, and to promote respectful interaction with one another
• Analysis and implementation of educational measures
• close cooperation with parents, guardians, colleagues and other institutions
• Implementation of the pedagogical concept on site
• Documentation of pedagogical work and development plans

• a completed study in the field of social work, as a medical pedagogue (m/w/d) or as a childhood pedagogue (m/w/d) with additional further education as a specialist for inclusion and integration pedagogy (m/w/d) or as a health education teacher (w/d)
