Team Leader Participation Assistance (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a team lead for our new area of participation assistance. The management and organisational tasks also include cooperation in social-pedagogical family assistance or individual case care. You accompany families in your everyday life and give suggestions for change in family help. This takes into account the objectives of the Youth Office and tries to strengthen the family. The Fortress family always works in tandem, that means you always have a direct exchange partner that is also working in the family supporting. In intensive individual care, focus on a child or a young person who needs special support and help. The tasks associated with this can be very diverse and can change continuously in the course of the aid.

You have a completed study in Social Work, Social Education or Psychology Your empathy, patience and resilience characterize you in dealing with children and young people You bring knowledge and practical experience and are ready to continue your education and stay open to various working methods With joy and motivation, you are committed to working with children and adolescents Your own car and driver's license are your equipment to operate flexibly.
