We are looking for the next time Head (m/w/d) for the Schwaben Medical Association and the Augsburg Medical Association Scope of employment: parttime (19 hours/week) Application deadline: until 20.05.2026 For our office of the Schwaben Medical Association (ABV) as well as the Augsburg Medical Association (ABV), we are looking for a closed line (m/w/d). Together with the Bayerische Landesärztekammer, we are part of the medical self-government in Bavaria and in particular responsible for the occupational supervision of the Schwaben government. As a medical professional representation, we take the professional interests of doctors within our competence, promote medical training and contribute to public health care.

Own-sponsored management of the office and professional and disciplinary management of three employees Central contact person for professional procedures, complaint and conciliation processes in close cooperation with the chairperson and the relevant bodies Trustful preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of meetings, meetings and elections including protocol and decision management Responsibility for financial management, accounting and payment transactions, as well as cooperation with banks, financial authorities and affiliated associations Full organization of training, development and further training measures with budgetary responsibility, accounting and quality assurance Representation of the office inside and outside, including communication, data protection, statutes and maintenance of modern information channels
