• Management of construction projects of the BImA mainly on properties of the Federal Ministry for Defence and, if necessary, complex simple construction measures as well as technical and economic project management

• Perception of the building function and accompaniment in the planning of construction tasks of the BImA, in the function of the project manager on the part of the BImA

• Project management including risk management in the process on the part of BImA during the planning, implementation and handover of the building task

• Implementation of technical instructions

• Participation in establishing competition requirements, defining the requirements as an outgoing agent

• Project implementation, where appropriate, in various award models such as GU/GÜ, MPV or PPP procedures, with and without construction management

Requirements:

Qualification:

• Completed university studies (Diplom (FH) or Bachelor) of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or another comparable technical discipline

Competences:

• General knowledge of facility management
