The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over people who have been beamed to life with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

What are your priorities?

• Management of construction projects of the BImA mainly on properties of the Federal Ministry for Defence and, if necessary, complex simple construction measures as well as technical and economic project management

• Ensuring project objectives, compliance with costs, dates and qualities

• Creation of specific requirements/performance descriptions for commissioning the building administration or third parties

• Perception of the building function and accompaniment in the planning of construction tasks of the BImA, in the function of the project manager on the part of the BImA

• Coordination and interface management to the building management/owner and contractor representation in relation to the building management and external project participants

• Project management including risk management in the process on the part of BImA during the planning, implementation and handover of the building task

• Implementation of technical instructions

• Participation in establishing competition requirements, defining the requirements as an outgoing agent

• safeguarding the interests of the builder in carrying out competitions

• Project implementation, where appropriate, in various award models such as GU/GÜ, MPV or PPP procedures, with and without construction management

• Evaluation of alternative offers on conformity with project objectives

• Decrease of completed construction tasks (after VOB) and handover to the user/user

• Detection and examination of costs

Requirements:

Qualification:

• Completed university studies (Diplom (FH) or Bachelor) of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Building Equipment, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering or another comparable technical discipline

Competences:

• at least three years of practical professional experience

• sound experience in project management

• Multiannual experience in the planning and implementation of major new, re- and extension measures

• knowledge of legal and administrative provisions relating to public works, including RBBau, VHB, VOB, UVgO, VgV, HOAI, Landesbauordnung, DIN, BFR GBestand, BFR Verm, GEG, GEIG

• General knowledge of facility management

• Knowledge in the field of sustainable building / Guide Sustainable building

• knowledge of barrier-free construction

• Secure IT user knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, industry-specific software)

• Knowledge in SAP, MS Project or the willingness to acquire it is essential

The field of activity comprises the three federal states Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The willingness to attend meetings with works, users and owners is assumed.
