Service Technician Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

On-site service: You take over repair, maintenance and maintenance work of our machines at the customer's premises, primarily in Germany and occasionally abroad. Installation projects: You mount independent systems and components directly with the customer. Start-up: You are responsible for the professional assembly and, if necessary, commissioning and conversion of our machines. Customer service: You carry out customer-related instructions. Customer focus: Your professional appearance and high service orientation ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Qualification: You have completed industrial or technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronic, electrician or locksmith. Experience: Ideally, you already have professional experience in machine or plant engineering. Expertise: Ideally, you have knowledge of pneumatics and welding. Working methods: You are thrilled by your independent, customer- and service-oriented way of working as well as by flexibility and initiative. IT & language: You have good computer skills (MS Office) and ideally good English skills. Mobility: A high readiness to travel (regular working time Mo–Fr) and the driving licence class B are required for this position.
