Rollout of projects: You are leading in the preparation and execution of local and international rollouts (SAP-S/4HANA migration) and ensure that all master data (materials and business partners) are currently and correctly integrated and implemented smoothly Master Data Management (MDM): Takeover of End-to-End Responsibility for Central and Local MDM Processes Data migration: Implementation of data purification and migration activities for business partner and material master data systems Data Cleansing & Migration: Responsibility for the cleansing and mapping of data, including ensuring quality gates Process modelling: independent modelling and optimization of processes to ensure quality and efficiency Project Management: Planning, coordination and monitoring of projects, including management of international and national teams Enablement and Training: Organization and Implementation of Training for Vaillant Group MDM Roll Holders

Qualification: Successfully completed bachelor/master degree in the field of Business Administration or Business informatics or comparable qualifications Experience: Found experience in the rollout of projects (SAP-S/4HANA migration), deeper understanding of MDM processes and multiannual professional experience in the SAP environment and process landscape including project management Professional knowledge in SAP and Salesforce as well as experience with integrated master data management solutions in SAP S/4HANA Skills: Profunde Experiences in Process and Project Management and Tools (e.g. Jira), as well as in the MDM, very good methodological knowledge in cross-system and application processes Personality: Very good stakeholder and personal management, analytical skills, strong communication strength, solution-oriented and proactive mode of operation – You are open to international exchange Language knowledge: Very good communication and presentation skills in English, German is advantageous
