Management of the Kirchroth motorway maintenance department (m/f/d)

Control of the tasks and objectives of the motorway mastery Control and coordination of processes and personnel within the motorway mastery Coordination with other motorway championships on overarching topics

Successfully completed roadmaster/qualification (or examination) or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Proven leadership competencies in leading or comparable positions Knowledge in the field of road management Knowledge of relevant legal standards (such as FStrG, VOB, VOL, BHO, Directive on the collection of fixed assets on federal highways, prevention of accidents) Knowledge in the field of transport Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex relationships and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
