As a production employee (m/w/d), you actively participate in the production of high-quality products in a dynamic and modern working environment. In a varied 3-layer work, you carry out tasks independently and contribute to a smooth process of production.

• You set up machines and equipment and take over their operation
• You control the production processes so that everything is done as planned
• You carry out regular quality checks and keep the results
• You're waiting for machines and equipment and doing minor repairs independently
• You notice safety and hygiene regulations
• You work closely with your team to achieve the production goals

We are looking for

For this position you should bring appropriate qualifications and first practical experience. A completed training is the basis for carrying out this varied task. In addition, a hand-on mentality and the willingness to work in the 3-layer system are important.

• You have a completed training, ideally in the technical field
• You bring first professional experience in production
• You have technical understanding and are routined in handling machinery and equipment
• You are reliable, accurate and like to work in the team
• You are ready to work in the 3-layer system
