Professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team in the production environment Promoting and developing employees through regular feedback, assessment and development talks Efficient deployment planning and coordination of employees along production processes Continuous development and optimization of processes to increase quality and productivity Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and production requirements Monitoring of production processes to ensure smooth production operation Application of ERP systems for planning, controlling and optimising production and material flows

You have completed training in a mechanical or electronic profession Ideally, you have further educated yourself as a master, technician, or through a dual study You have practical experience in managing employees You bring knowledge of processes in a manufacturing industrial company with Experience in handling measuring devices and testing devices is desirable Reliability, care and an accurate operation You are team capable and have a positive work setting Experience in handling ERP systems
