You are responsible for the sustainable expansion of our partner business in the DACH region for Myfactory and Proffix. In this role, you control a clearly defined partner portfolio, drive partner-generated pipelines and closures forward and ensure continuous sales development. As a key player for our strategic partners, you work closely with Sales, BDR and Marketing to target growth and market presence.
Your tasks
You take full responsibility for a defined partner portfolio in the DACH region including sales, pipeline and performance. Targeted, you drive partner-generated SQLs, the construction of a qualified pipeline and the conversion to a successful conclusion. You are currently structuring new partners and actively shortening the Time-to-First deal. Through targeted enablement measures, you enable partners in the areas of sales, product and processes and actively support them in joint selling. In the case of strategically relevant deals, you work closely with the respective partners in the Co-Selling – from qualification to deal structuring to completion. Regularly run QBRs and develop predictive account and growth planning together with top partners. You implement clear rules of engagement and ensure a clean lead forwarding, deal registration and constructive conflict management. Carefully provide the partner pipeline and forecasts in the CRM and ensure high data quality. You have well-founded experience in ERP or software partner sales in the DACH market. You have taken responsibility for partner-based pipelines and sales targets and successfully managed them. A strong commercial understanding in the areas of deal structuring, margin control, and partner incentives is what distinguishes you. You bring strong skills and deal management skills and are confident in models like BANT or MEDDPICC. With persuasiveness and structure, you are empowering partner organisations to build independently high-quality pipelines. You use data to continuously improve pipeline metrics, conversion rates and forecast accuracy. In stakeholder management, you’ll work with Sales, BDR and Marketing effectively. Your hands-on mentality and high implementation strength allow you to work successfully in lean, dynamic structures.
