Multiannual professional experience in the securities service / Settlement / Securities Operations or in a comparable function with strong relation to securities settlement Leadership experience (disciplinary and/or professional) as well as joy in the development of employees High competence in regulatory requirements for securities settlement and operational controls; Ability to translate requirements pragmatically into processes and standards Experience in quality management (KPI/SLA frameworks, continuous improvement processes, audit/test resistance) Project management experience incl. structured implementation and earnings responsibility Analytical strength, very good communication and enforcement capability • Very good German knowledge of word and writing and good English skills
