The Alsfeld site acts as a central hub for commercial control, international goods flows and technical services in the NAMER region. From here, complex supply chains are coordinated and financial processes controlled. At the moment, the possibility of controlling the company's accounting processes in financial and accounting matters and taking responsibility for a nine-member team opens up. The position is geared to experienced finance managers: both in and to junior executives, who want to take the next step in career and bring their expertise in an international environment.

You take responsibility for the company's financial processes and are a competent partner for the finance team as well as all departments: in all financial questions. You lead and develop a nine-headed team and shape the cooperation at eye level. You bear the responsibility for the timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and take over reporting. You are responsible for creating budgets and forecasts to continuously control the company's liquidity. You act as a central contact person:for external service providers and coordinate the conduct of audits and other audits. Through finance projects, You make the department's processes more efficient and actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes.

Complete studies in the field of business, economics or comparable qualifications. You have well-founded professional experience, have extensive knowledge in the HGB and ideally bring experience with IFRS. You know the specific requirements of the manufacturing industry and are familiar with the structures and processes within a parent subsidiary. You perform value-adding and hand-on mentality and create your team to inspire and win for yourself. You have good English skills and experience in handling SAP.
