Technical Project Management (Delivery) (m/f/d)

China Mobile International is seeking a Project Manager - ICT Delivery (m/f/x) to support pre-sales activities and take responsibility for the successful delivery of ICT and telecommunications projects within the assigned region.

end-to-end project management, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, budget, quality standards and delivery timelines, with a strong customer-oriented mindset. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal sales teams and vendors regarding ICT project delivery, smooth coordination and timely project execution. Coordinate with vendors and internal pricing teams to identify appropriate ICT solutions and suppliers, and monitor vendor performance and delivery quality throughout the projectcycle. Take responsibility for technical issue resolution and troubleshooting during project implementation and delivery phases. Support pre-sales by analysing customer requirements and contributing to solution design and consolidation. Serve as an escalation point for delivery-related customer service issues, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Provide regular status updates, reports and conduct delivery meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or a comparable technical discipline. At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, preferably in project delivery, implementation or technical project management roles. Solid technical knowledge of IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi, network storage (NAS) and firewall technologies. Experience in ICT pre-sales support or related technical roles is considered advantage. Strong project management, coordination and communication skills. Self-motivated team player with the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese is required for business communication with relevant stakeholders. .
